Introduction to your mentee/mentor is sent by email. Can’t find your email?

If your introduction email is not in your Primary Inbox, check your Spam or Promotions folder. If that still doesn’t work, try to search in your email box as shown below:

  • You have a new mentor match via One Up One Down or You have a new mentee match via One Up One Down.

Currently, match introduction is done ONLY by email but a built-in feature is coming soon. So far, you can see you mentor/mentee’s profile ine the app.
