OUOD runs a program for INSEAD Women in Business

OneUpOneDown teams up with INSEAD’s Women in Business Club, one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools, to match women MBA students with Alumni.

We are thrilled to report that we have successfully kicked off our pilot mentoring program at INSEAD!

The launch was accompanied by a virtual event where Mona Moschko, Senior Manager at Bain & Company, shared her personal experience with mentoring at Bain and the impact it has had on her career trajectory. During the event, the OUOD team also presented the program to the mentees who are about to embark on this journey.

Working with INSEAD’s Women in Business Club we have received 92 applications and matches are currently being made! We have been impressed by the wide variety of topics the mentees want help with: from how to embark on meaningful careers in spaces such as impact investing to how to navigate the social complexity of an environment like INSEAD.

Beyond educational institutions, OUOD is available to companies to facilitate meaningful connections and support more women to grow as authentic leaders. If you think that OneUpOneDown might be a good solution to promote women’s leadership in your company and improve diversity targets, learn more and feel free to reach out.
