Seeking Guidance to Grow Into Leadership

Experiencing Mentorship From the Other Side for the First Time

The mentorship experience with Women in WASH & RWSN mentorship programme has reinforced my view that effective mentorship provides significant guidance, personal growth, professional growth and career development.”

Paul endorses the programme:. “The time invested to take part in this mentorship program will never be wasted as it will make a meaningful difference in anyone’s career journey to excellence.”

What He Recommends

When asked for a book, tool or resource recommendation, Paul points to mentorship networks themselves. “I recommend professional mentorship networks such as Women in WASH & RWSN mentorship program. This can help women strengthen and sharpen their leadership skills, build their confidence in male dominated environments and grow into leadership roles.”
